A Law Firm With A Long Tradition For Excellence
In the early 1950s, attorney John C. Halleck founded our Bowling Green law firm, Halleck Law Office. Today, more than 60 years later, his son and fellow attorney, Peter T. “Peter T.” Halleck, continues in his father’s footsteps by providing representation, guidance and support to the people of Wood County and the surrounding counties in north-central Ohio facing a broad range of legal challenges in the following practice areas:
- OVI defense and criminal law
- Family law, divorce and dissolution
- Personal injury law
- Probate and wills
In all of our practice areas, we can help you, regardless of the complexity of your need. To our criminal law clients, we offer defense services tailored to fit individual needs. To our family law clients, we offer compassionate, yet aggressive, representation. For our personal injury clients, we shoulder the legal burdens that arise after accidents and injuries so our clients can focus on their recoveries. Finally, for our estate law clients, we offer guidance when planning for the future or after the losses of loved ones.
A Lawyer With Decades Of Experience
Mr. Halleck began his legal career in 1973 after earning his law degree from Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law and receiving his approval to practice law in the state of Ohio. Upon passing the bar, he joined his father’s law firm, and he has focused his career on helping the residents of Bowling Green since that time.
